The Draft Constructed League (DCL) and B3H have been the refuge of the remaining competitive Artifact players for some time, but things don't last long during the Long Haul. People come and go, and the same goes for tournaments or any form of organized gameplay.
The DCL has closed its doors last month and the Long Haul League (LHL) has taken its place, most of the admins and underlying systems are the same and it can be seen as a continuation of <name redacted> work put into the DCL.
But... how does that work?
LHL has 3 or 4 lobbies (tournaments) daily that happen at different times throughout the day to try to accomodate as many people as possible from different timezones. You'll have to join their Discord channel to be able to see all the lobbies for a given day, by typing on any channel !today.
Their bot will also announce lobbies 1 hour before they start, on the #lobby-links channel. All you have to do is click on the link the bot gives you, log in through Steam and confirm the invitation to the tournament through Artifact's web page. Be sure to be in game on time, and just enjoy some fun Artifact matches.
After the tournament is over, which should take 1 to 2 hours, their bot will tally up the points and update the ladderboard. Whoever has the most points at the end of the month, will get a chance to participate in the monthly's tournament to get a chance to win some $$$.
They do have draft and constructed lobbies!
